General conditions

The client can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.

The client must pay the full amount if the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

The client should pay in advance the full amount if there is less than 60 days before arrival.

In the case of consumer disputes, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Settlement Platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the following alternative dispute resolution entities:
